Thank you for sharing this insightful piece. As a leader myself, I may never come close to feeling the weight and burden of making decisions like you did as President, but in a very big way, reading this has inspired and encouraged me more in my own leadership journey.

Decisions, especially when making them for a lot of people, may be hard, but we must have the courage to make them all the same, however, thoughtfully and carefully.
